I ordered from 38tera and, to be fair, the tracking link did work. The frustrating part was that it didn’t update very often, so for a few days it looked like nothing was happening and I wasn’t sure if my package was actually moving or just stuck somewhere.

I did message customer service and they eventually got back to me, but it took a while and the reply was basic. The package did arrive in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall, but I definitely wish the communication and tracking updates had been better.

Checkout was easy and went through without any weird issues. Paid without a hassle, which I appreciate. If there’s supposed to be any compensation or credit for leaving feedback, I’m expecting that to come through too.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is unsure, the quality is really good and it looks genuine to me. I was a bit cautious at first, but based on what I received, it seems legit.

The box was packed nicely and showed up in perfect condition. Overall, I had a good experience and would probably recommend it if you’re considering it.

Maybe it’s just me, but I expected TeraTech Innovations to have a bit more to choose from. When I was browsing, the selection felt limited, and a few things I was looking for were either missing or only had one option, which made it hard to compare anything.
I also ran into some items that showed as unavailable after I clicked around, which got a little frustrating. The site itself isn’t bad, but I think it would be a lot more useful if there was more stock and a better variety of products.
